The company is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinohydro leasing Co., Ltd., with a paid-up capital of RMB 20,000,000 (equivalent to 2.94 million US Dollar).
　　Because of its history, the company carried on and improved the original proven & advanced technology of Fuchunjiang Hydropower, as well as Japanese Fuji Electric, both famous manufacturer of the industry. With strong background of Sinohydro Corporation, we devote to the research, manufacture and after-sale service of hydropower equipments, meanwhile, we also provide renovation and spare parts service to the original hydropower units of Fuchunjiang Hydropower, as well as those of other manufacturers.
